Battiste Group provides an online marketplace where customers post jobs and independent providers submit quotes. Battiste Group is not a party to agreements between customers and providers and does not employ providers.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.

3. Payments

Payment arrangements are made directly between customers and providers. Battiste Group does not process payments, hold funds, or guarantee payment.

4. No guarantees

We do not guarantee provider availability, quality of work, credentials, or job outcomes. Users are responsible for confirming scope, pricing, qualifications, insurance and disposal responsibilities.

5. Prohibited conduct

No fraudulent, unsafe, discriminatory or illegal listings, messages or profiles. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
